Rain

Does running in the rain keep you drier? Several people have tested this, most commonly by wearing absorbant clothes in the rain and weighing them to obtain the accumulated rain mass. I've chosen to simulate it using a simple particle system and an absorbant scribble who can run or walk back and forth. Here, you can see the swath of rain absorbed by a running figure, which seemingly contradicts the numerical results that runners get less wet. The physical tests agree with this conclusion.
